Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of both our items and our service at Home Gift Warehouse.
We'll pay for return postage if we sent you the wrong item or size, or if your order arrived damaged. If you want to exchange your order for a different size or if the box is returned because it was not picked up at the post office, you must pay for return shipping. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd want to switch sizes, colors, or styles, please place a new order.
30 Days Window for Refund:
You have 30 days from the time you get an item to return it. Free returns are only available for valid reasons (faults, damage, etc.) that are validated upon return. Return shipping fees will be deducted from any products returned for any other reason, but they will be repaid in full. If the item is in new condition and includes all original packaging materials, we will not charge a restocking fee.
Refund Process (If Applicable)
The sole requirement is that you do not use the items and that the box, attachments, and tags are kept in their original state. You are welcome to try on a product, but please ensure that you take the appropriate care to ensure that it remains in good condition. The reason we ask is so that when the goods is returned, it arrives at our authorized warehouse in resalable condition. Failure to do so will result in a deduction, a longer exchange time, or the possibility of your exchange request being cancelled. As a result, please help us serve you better!
Our staff will do a quality check at our facility once we get your return, and if the goods pass our inspection, we will email you a credit note for the amount owed to your email address. If the goods fail the quality inspection, however, we will return it to you and reject any refunds or exchanges.
