Our products are artisan handmade and may contain slight differences or color variations as a part of the inherent charm of artisanal home decor accents.  If you are not totally pleased with your store or online purchase, simply return it with a valid sales receipt, and we will reimburse your purchase. Returns and exchanges may be limited or denied at our discretion.

Returns are permitted for thirty days after delivery for any reason. Only eligible returns (damage, faults, etc.) are eligible for free returns, which are verified upon receipt. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any items returned for any other reason, but they will be repaid in full. If the item arrives in new condition with the original packaging materials, we will not charge a restocking fee.
