Shipping & Returns
We at Home Gift Warehouse understand how critical it is for you to receive your ordered items in perfect shape and on schedule. As a result, we collaborate with a vast network of couriers to get your things to you as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped with as little packing as possible. Every order is transported from our warehouse. Please wait a few business days for processing.
Home Gift Warehouse places a premium on customer satisfaction. Our handmade products may have small discrepancies or color variations as part of the unique beauty of our items. If we send you the wrong item or size, or if your order came damaged, we'll cover the cost of return shipping. You must pay for return postage if you want to replace your order for a different size or if the box is returned as it was not collected at the post office. We do not currently provide exchanges. Please place a new order if you wish to swap for a different size, color, or style.
You have a period of 30 days from the day you get an item to return it. Only valid grounds (faults, damage, etc.) are eligible for free returns, which are confirmed upon return. Any products returned for any other reason will have their return shipping fees subtracted, but they will be refunded in full. We will not charge a restocking fee if the item comes in new condition with the original packaging materials.
The only thing we ask is that you do not use the goods and that you keep the box, attachments, and tags in their original condition. You are welcome to try on a product, but make sure you take the necessary precautions to keep it in good shape. The reason we ask is so that when the product is returned, it is in a resalable condition as soon as it arrives at our authorized warehouse. Failure to do so will result in a deduction, a longer exchange time, or possibly the cancellation of your exchange request. As a result, please assist us in better serving you!
Once we get your return, our staff will conduct a quality check at our facility, and if the product passes our inspection, we will send you a credit note for the amount due to your email address. However, if the product fails the quality inspection, we will send it back to you and refuse any refund or exchange.
If you prefer to exchange a product due to a size or color mismatch or because you received a faulty item, you will be issued with a new product at no cost following our assessment of the goods sent to you. All swaps, however, are subject to stock availability.
